RIEPE NFLY (RI 004) - Release Agent Spray

Release agent Riepe is used in edgebanding machines. It has diverse usage.

Usage:

• helps to remove adhesive residues
• protects the material from demage
• avoids marking

Characteristics:

NFLY spray is a spray based on ethanol. It is compatible with all commercially available edge bands and adhesives.

Application:

You can intermittently apply the agent to the pressure roller. Adhesive residues cannot adhere to the rollers. The applied NFLY is transferred from the cylinder to the sliding / copying feet at the edge surface, preventing glue and dirt from settling.

Direct application onto the DUO scraper or to the tooling is possible too. It prevents fouling of the trimmers.
